等离子喷涂ZrO_2热障碍陶瓷涂层

摘要(Abstract):
影响等离子喷涂ZrO_2热障碍涂层(TBCs)寿命的主要因素是涂层的热应力,热应力引起TBCs破坏(失效)首先发生在陶瓷层/粘结层界面。在使用过程中,粘结层受氧化或涂层受热腐蚀也同样会引起TBCs破坏。为了进一步提高涂层性能,必须选择合适的涂层成分如改变稳定剂类型、引入添加剂,设计合理的涂层结构,或对涂层进行致密化再处理。文中还从几个方面简述了适量SiO_2添加剂对ZrO_2涂层显微结构,性能的影响以及其热等静压、激光再熔化处理效果。
