高速铣削CFRP单向层合板的刀具磨损研究Tool wear in high-speed milling of CFRP unidirectional laminates

摘要(Abstract):
碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的可编性使其存在显著的各向异性,纤维的铺层方向对其整体性能有很重要的影响。通过选用4种不同纤维方向角的T700碳纤维复合材料单向层合板,采用斜角自由切削的方法进行铣槽试验。通过Kistler测力仪、Leica体式显微镜以及扫描电子显微镜对切削力和刀具磨损表面进行分析,得出刀具磨损机理和不同纤维方向下的刀具磨损规律。
