单相Mg_(17)Al_(12)在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为研究Corrosion behavior of single phase Mg_(17)Al_(12) in sodium chloride solution

摘要(Abstract):
主要研究单相Mg17Al12在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。采用气体保护炉按原子比Mg∶Al=17∶12制备Mg17Al12单相合金,利用XRD检测铸态合金的成分。通过极化曲线测试得知单相Mg17Al12的自腐蚀电位为-1 028 mV。浸蚀实验结果表明,单相Mg17Al12具有较好的耐蚀性,氢致开裂对其在溶液中裂纹的形成起主导作用。
