SOFC中YSZ与金属的钎焊封接技术研究进展Research progress of brazing sealing technology between YSZ and metal in SOFC

摘要(Abstract):
固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)是一种新型的高温电化学装置,封接问题是制约固体氧化物燃料发展的主要技术难点之一。固体氧化物燃料电池中YSZ陶瓷和金属连接体可通过钎焊封接,防止电池产生泄漏。本文描述了固体氧化物燃料电池中YSZ陶瓷与金属连接体的钎焊封接技术,阐述了活性金属钎焊和空气反应钎焊实现YSZ陶瓷与金属材料连接的研究现状,并展望了固体氧化物燃料电池中YSZ陶瓷与金属材料的钎焊封接技术的发展。
