烧结钨合金冷脆现象与评定

摘要(Abstract):
采用U型缺口试样对含钨量为93%的液相烧结钨-镍-铁合金进行系列冲击试验,随着试验环境温度变化,冲击功的变化以裂纹形成功为主。在一定温度范围内,塑性变形功发生急剧变化;在断口的特定部位,钨颗粒解理量在低温时以大于90%到较高温度时为零呈有规律的变化。本次试验确定的韧脆转变温度为室温。
