预渗氢对AlZnMg合金应力腐蚀特点的影响

摘要(Abstract):
利用阴极渗氢,TEM、SEM和拉伸应力腐蚀试验法研究了渗氢量对AlZnMg、AlZnMgCr和AlZnMgZr合金应力腐蚀寿命、截面缩减率损失和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,预渗氢能同时降低三种合金的抗应力腐蚀性能,但Zr和Cr能抑制氢对应力腐蚀稳定性的不利影响,当渗氢量足够高时,Zr的抑制作用比Cr大。本文还讨论了氢对应力腐蚀开裂的作用机理。
