离心自蔓延原位自生金属组织和性能的研究Study on microstructures and properties of in-situ metal prepared by centrifugal SHS

摘要(Abstract):
通过离心自蔓延高温合成的方法制备原位自生金属,研究添加剂(二氧化硅、镍、氧化锆、稀土等)对原位自生金属组织和性能的影响。结果表明:加入二氧化硅能够显著提高原位自生金属的硬度;镍和氧化锆的加入对于原位自生金属晶粒的细化有不利的影响,稀土能显著细化原位自生金属的晶粒,提高其硬度。
