冷作模具钢DC53断裂性能研究Fracture properties of cold working die steel DC53

摘要(Abstract):
针对冷作模具钢DC53的断裂失效情况,开展断裂韧度及疲劳裂纹扩展试验,获得材料断裂性能参数。基于线弹性断裂力学理论,运用三维断裂分析软件FRANC3D模拟计算含有穿透型裂纹的标准紧凑拉伸CT试样的裂纹前缘应力强度因子,由Paris公式计算裂纹扩展寿命,并将理论计算、数值模拟和断裂力学试验进行对比研究。结果表明:数值模拟、理论计算以及试验得到的裂纹扩展寿命在16.7%的合理误差范围内。
