后送粉角度对等离子喷焊WC颗粒增强Ni基涂层组织的影响Effect of back feeding angle on the structure of WC particles reinforced Ni-based coating by plasma spray welding

摘要(Abstract):
采用等离子喷焊技术,利用后送粉装置从不同角度在45钢表面制作WC颗粒增强镍基合金复合涂层,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱仪(EDS)分别对涂层组织结构及成分进行分析。结果表明:焊枪倾斜30°角送粉时,WC颗粒均匀的分布于涂层基体上,WC周围有明显的棒状组织,涂层表面物相主要由WC,W2C,Fe7C3,Cr7C3和γ-(Fe,Ni)固溶体等组成,由基体到涂层表面硬度呈上升趋势;焊枪垂直送粉时,WC颗粒发生了沉底现象,WC周围有明显的鱼骨状组织和棒状组织,涂层表面物相主要由Cr23C6,Ni3Si,CrSi2,Fe3B,Fe7C3等组成,由基体到涂层表面硬度先呈上升趋势,上升到一定值后又呈下降趋势。
