缺口件喷丸残余应力场的特点及作用

摘要(Abstract):
本文采用X射线小半径缺口应力测定技术,研究了喷丸产生的缺口残余应力场的特点及其在循环载荷下的稳定性。缺口根部的残余应力有应力集中效应。区别于传统的应力集中概念,它不仅受缺口几何因素的影响,并且与材料的强度有关。材料的强度越高,缺口处残余应力的应力集中现象越明显,并且越不易松弛,因此喷丸强化提高疲劳强度的效果也越显著。
