拉应力对7050铝合金腐蚀行为的影响Effect of tensile stress on corrosion behavior of 7050 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
为研究腐蚀损伤对7050铝合金性能的影响,用恒载荷应力环、拉伸试验机、电化学工作站建立拉应力与塑性损失和耐蚀性间的关系。结果表明:随载荷从0提高到400 MPa,强度和塑性下降明显,抗拉强度降幅高达25.5%。腐蚀速率随载荷增大而增大,腐蚀电流密度由3.32×10~(-7)A/cm增至2.12×10~(-6)A/cm,且腐蚀后合金表面点蚀坑与裂纹增多,在拉伸断口边缘由韧窝向解离面转变。
