反尖晶石型绿色纳米陶瓷颜料的制备与表征Preparation and characterization of inverse spinel green nano-ceramic pigment

摘要(Abstract):
采用络合燃烧法制备反尖晶石型Co_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Al_(0.8)Cr_(1.2-x)Sm_xO_4绿色纳米陶瓷颜料。通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、差热-热重分析仪(TG-DTA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)等分析手段确定颜料的物相、结构、粒径、组成以及反射光谱。结果表明:Zn~(2+)、Cr~(3+)与Sm~(3+)的引入,改变了CoAl_2O_4尖晶石结构中四面体和八面体的离子占位状况,使尖晶石结构的CoAl_2O_4钴蓝颜料改性,得到平均粒径为(10~15)nm的反尖晶石结构绿色纳米颜料Co_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Al_(0.8)Cr_(1.2-x)Sm_xO_4;随着Sm~(3+)含量的增加,颜料从蓝绿色向黄绿色过渡。
