单点增量成形件残余应力对精度的影响Effect of residual stresses on accuracy of parts formed by SPIF

摘要(Abstract):
为研究单点增量成形件残余应力分布情况以及不同工艺参数对残余应力和轴向精度的影响,对成形材料1050铝进行性能分析。用ABAQUS有限元软件建立单点增量成形圆锥台件三维实体有限元模型,根据模拟结果分析工具头直径D、层间距ΔZ、主轴转速W和进给速度F对残余应力分布规律的影响,进而分析对轴向精度的影响,并通过实验验证仿真结果的有效性。研究表明:在较小的工具头直径和层间距、合适的主轴转速和较高的进给速度的条件下,可以获得较好的残余应力分布状态和较高的成形件轴向精度。
