高速破片对半无限厚钢靶的侵彻试验研究Experimental study on penetration of semi-infinite steel targets under the impact of high speed fragments

摘要(Abstract):
进行了典型高速破片对半无限厚45号钢靶侵彻试验,并根据Tate-Alekseevskii弹体侵彻模型及理想刚塑性材料模型假定,推导了高速破片冲击下,半无限厚钢靶的侵彻深度计算公式,提出了靶体的抗侵彻阻力以及靶体材料动态屈服强度的计算方法,计算侵彻深度与试验结果吻合良好。结果表明:半无限厚45号钢靶的抗侵彻阻力约为5.246倍静态屈服强度;在平面应变侵彻条件下,当弹速为500~1300m/s时,45号钢的动态屈服强度约为静态屈服强度的2.998倍;弹体的临界侵彻速度为319.9m/s,冲击速度小于临界侵彻速度时不会发生侵彻。
