初始裂纹对碳纤维层合板断裂韧性影响的研究Influence of initial crack on fracture toughness of carbon fiber laminates

摘要(Abstract):
采用碳纤维增强双马来酰亚胺树脂基复合材料层合板材料,制取了不同初始裂纹长度的试样,采用三点弯曲试验得到其弯曲断裂载荷-位移曲线,并采用柔度变化率的方法确定起裂点,用J积分的远场公式来计算JIC值。结果表明:碳纤维复合材料层合板具有"假塑性"的力学行为;随切口深度a/W增加,起裂点载荷值减小,并且当切口深度比较浅时,JIC值不稳定。
