挤压态和时效态U-Ti合金动态压缩及绝热剪切性能研究Dynamic compression and adiabatic shear property of extruded and aged U-Ti alloy

摘要(Abstract):
用分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验装置对挤压态和时效态U-Ti合金进行动态压缩和剪切加载,获得其Johnson-Cook(J-C)本构模型,利用光学金相显微镜观察试件剪切前后的显微组织。结果表明:两种合金均表现出应变率强化效应,屈服应力随应变率的增加而增加;时效态比挤压态的U-Ti合金屈服应力高、绝热剪切敏感性高;时效态U-Ti合金强迫剪切区内出现白亮色的绝热剪切带(ASB),宽度为微米量级,ASB充当裂纹相互连接的桥梁,观察到裂纹尖端沿ASB边缘扩展,结合ASB的典型显微结构,推测在冲击载荷下,ASB边缘强度最低。
