超细金属间化合物粉末的机械合金化合成

摘要(Abstract):
采用机械合金化方法合成了TiNi,TiAl,Ni_3~-Al和CoAl金属间化合物粉末。高能球磨过程的X-射线衍射研究表明:Ni-Al、Fe-Al、Co-Al二元纯粉混合物在球磨过程中直接转变为金属间化合物粉末。而Ni-Ti、Al-Ti二元纯粉混合物则首先转变为非晶态合金粉末,再经进一步高能球磨,由非晶态粉末转变为金属间化合物粉末。透射电镜观察证实,用机械合金化方法得到的上述金属间化合物粉末均具有超细的组织。最后讨论了在球磨过程中形成金属间化合物的机制。
