变形强化钨合金性能的各向异性Anisotropy in mechanical properties of deformation strengthened tungsten alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用粉末冶金法制备钨合金棒材,通过锻造变形的方法进一步提高钨合金棒材的力学性能,并采用混合率模型计算不同状态钨合金的强度。与实验结果比较发现,应力传递模型可以很好地反应随着变形量增加钨合金强度增加的变化趋势。通过对变形强化钨合金轴向和径向力学性能、断口特征、金相组织的比较以及钨合金在承载过程中的定量力学分析指出,随着钨合金变形量的增加,大面积的基体相韧窝断裂被基体撕裂棱状断裂和钨颗粒的穿晶解理断裂所取代,这也是导致合金强度提高的原因。
