镁合金AZ31腐蚀性能研究Corrosion property of magnesium alloy AZ31

摘要(Abstract):
利用强流脉冲电子束对镁合金AZ31表面进行快速铝合金化处理。分析表面合金化层的显微结构,测量铝合金化前、后镁合金AZ31样品在5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀性能。测试结果表明,AZ31样品表面约10μm层深范围内的Al元素含量有所增加,合金化层的晶粒细化,加入的Al元素以固溶形式存在。表层铝元素的添加可提高镁合金AZ31的耐蚀性,原始样品自腐蚀电位为-1231mV,极化电阻为0.4531kΩ·cm2,铝合金化样品的自腐蚀电位提高到-669.1mV,对应极化电阻增加到2.202kΩ·cm2,较原始样品的极化电阻提高近5倍。
