P含量对NdFeB磁性材料表面化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金性能的影响Effect of P content on performance of electroless Ni-Cu-P deposits on NdFeB permanent magnets

摘要(Abstract):
为研究P含量对Ni-Cu-P合金镀层性能的影响,采用化学镀方法获得4种不同Ni、Cu、P含量的Ni-Cu-P合金镀层,研究4种镀层的微观形貌、晶体结构和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:镀层表面形貌呈致密胞状结构,Ni、Cu、P元素分布均匀,镀层结构分别由晶态、混晶态和非晶态组成;Ni-Cu-P镀层的耐腐蚀性能随镀层中P含量的增加而增加,4种镀层中,非晶态镀层的耐腐蚀性能最好(P含量约占12%),晶态镀层的耐腐蚀性能最差(P含量约占1.7%)。
