中厚度镁合金激光焊接组织与性能分析Microstructure and mechanical properties of laser welded AZ31 magnesium alloy with moderate thickness

摘要(Abstract):
采用CO2激光焊接方法对10mm厚的AZ31镁合金进行焊接。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等手段分析焊接接头的宏观形貌、显微组织、元素分布和焊缝物相等。结果表明:焊缝正面凹陷,背部成形较好;焊缝组织为细小的等轴晶粒,物相主要为Mg,未出现Al-Mg低熔点相;接头强度均值为212MPa,在断口处存在大量的气孔。
