镁合金表面冷喷涂420不锈钢涂层及其摩擦磨损性能研究Tribological properties of cold sprayed 420 stainless steel coating on magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用冷喷涂技术在AZ80镁合金表面制备420不锈钢耐磨涂层,开展喷涂工艺参数和涂层组织结构研究,并初步比较耐磨涂层与38Cr Si钢的摩擦学性能。结果表明:随着喷枪移动速度的下降,涂层的孔隙率逐渐下降;涂层形成过程中,420不锈钢粉末中的奥氏体相发生应变诱导马氏体相变,在一定程度上提高了涂层硬度;涂层在摩擦过程中的摩擦磨损机制表现为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损;涂层的耐磨性能显著优于38Cr Si钢。
