钢/铝异种金属搅拌摩擦焊残余应力场分析Analysis of residual stress field of friction stir welding on steel/aluminum dissimilar metals

摘要(Abstract):
通过建立异种金属对接搅拌摩擦焊摩擦生热的产热模型,运用ABAQUS软件对DP590钢和AA6061-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接工艺的温度场及残余应力场进行数值模拟计算,研究残余应力分布及变形规律,找出不同搅拌头偏置量和焊接参数条件下的温度场与残余应力分布规律及主要影响因素。结果表明:搅拌针偏置主要影响钢板侧的温度分布及残余应力;搅拌头转速是影响焊接接头温度场和残余应力的主要因素;钢铝之间热传导不均匀导致焊接参数对其残余应力的影响与同种金属材料焊接不同。
