高速钻削过程刀具后刀面磨损对轴向力的影响Effect of tool flank wear on axial force for high speed drilling

摘要(Abstract):
采用超细微碳化钨晶粒麻花钻YG6及两种涂层(TiCN和TiAlN)刀具,对黑色双向编织芳纶纤维复合材料(AFRP)进行高速钻削试验。研究刀具磨损过程对轴向力的影响规律。结果表明:刀具磨损对轴向力影响显著,随刀具后刀面磨损增加,轴向力信号峰值急剧增加,且波动幅度较大;平均轴向力大小先以较快速度增大,后缓慢稳定增加,最后急剧增大。后刀面磨损量V_B值与轴向力F_z之间,呈一次线性函数分布规律。
