纳米添加对氧化锌压敏电阻性能的影响Effect of nanometer additive on the performances of zinc oxide varistors

摘要(Abstract):
通过使用高频等离子法制备纳米材料,研究纳米材料对氧化锌压敏电阻微观结构和电性能的影响。结果表明,烧结温度在1 080~1 120℃范围内可制备高性能的氧化锌压敏电阻陶瓷,其阀片的电位梯度达到429 V/mm,漏电流为6μA,非线性系数为39,能量吸收密度为296 J/cm3,性能远高于传统阀片。
