可主动变形的波纹式蒙皮基体制备及驱动特性Basal body preparation and drive characteristic of corrugated skin with the active deformability

摘要(Abstract):
论述一种适用于变体机翼的具有主动变形能力的波纹式柔性蒙皮基体制备方法,并制作了拉伸测试件,进行拉伸实验。实验结果显示,当伸长量小于4%时,蒙皮基体线性伸长,在此范围内,可利用蒙皮自身的弹性使其恢复到原始形状。测试基于形状记忆合金(SMA)驱动器的波纹式蒙皮的主动变形效果,给SMA驱动器通以电流,利用SMA的形状记忆效应驱动蒙皮基体变形,试验测试不同电流下基体伸长2%所需的时间,及利用自身弹力回复时的残余变形量,蒙皮基体自身产生的变形将大大降低变体机翼蒙皮变形时对驱动力的要求。
