复合阻尼钢板T型接头激光焊接工艺T-joint laser welding process for composite damping steel plate

摘要(Abstract):
为满足日益复杂的焊接构件,利用六轴五联动SESAMO型三维激光切割机床对复合阻尼钢板T型接头进行激光焊接试验,采用ANSYS仿真方法选用高斯热源模拟不同激光入射角和焊接速度下工件的温度场。结果表明:仿真获得的焊接熔池形状与试验结果基本吻合;不同激光入射角有最佳的焊接速度使工件间的焊接面积最大,在激光入射角为30°时,焊接速度最佳为30 m/h;任何焊接速度下激光入射角都不应大于45°;金相试验发现焊缝无裂缝和夹渣,证明T型接头激光焊接良好。
