2DC/SiC复合材料烧蚀性能分析Ablation properties analysis of 2D C/SiC composites

摘要(Abstract):
采用氧-乙炔烧蚀试验研究了2DC/SiC复合材料的烧蚀性能,并对2DC/SiC复合材料在氧-乙炔焰流烧蚀条件下的烧蚀机理和烧蚀物理模型进行了初步探讨。结果表明,密度对材料的烧蚀性能有显著的影响,随着密度的增加,材料的线烧蚀率呈下降的趋势,当密度提高3.4%时,材料的线烧蚀率下降65%。同时,C/SiC复合材料在氧-乙炔条件下的烧蚀机制是热氧化烧蚀、热物理烧蚀和机械冲刷的综合作用。
