镁合金不同黑色防腐-吸光一体化涂层的性能研究Properties of different black anticorrosion-absorption integrated coatings on magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
通过紫外人工加速方法研究挤压AZ31镁基体上环氧涂层和微弧氧化陶瓷层的吸光及防腐性能。结果表明:两种黑色涂层均为高吸收涂层,经1 250 h的紫外辐照后吸光率仍保持稳定,但有机涂层阻抗值下降3个数量级,黑色陶瓷层阻抗值保持稳定;环氧涂层的异丙基和亚甲基基团在紫外辐照下易发生光氧化降解,破坏涂层结构,降低腐蚀性能;陶瓷层是以Cu固溶于MgO基的Mg_xCu_(1-x)O陶瓷相,其吸光及防腐性能持久性好,更适宜于紫外辐照强的环境。
