密封泄漏工况下钻头轴承磨损机理及织构对磨损的影响Wear mechanism of rock bit bearing and influence of texture on wear under working condition of seal leakage

摘要(Abstract):
开展复合锂基润滑脂与不同比例钻井液混合条件下滑动轴承单元摩擦学实验,研究钻井液对滑动轴承摩擦磨损性能的影响机理及密封泄漏工况下表面织构的润滑、减磨性能。结果表明:钻井液中碳酸钙和重晶石等颗粒造成的犁沟和微切屑作用加快滑动轴承磨损,钻井液比例越高,磨损越严重,导致滑动轴承由于快速磨损而失效;表面织构能有效捕获碳酸钙和重晶石等颗粒物质,减轻钻井液引起的负面效果,延长密封泄漏工况下滑动轴承的使用寿命。
