含泡沫金属夹层的自冲铆接头力学性能研究Mechanical properties of self-piercing riveted joints with metallic foam

摘要(Abstract):
为研究含不同泡沫金属夹层的自冲铆接头的力学性能,在自冲铆接头中加入厚度相同的泡沫镍和泡沫铁镍夹层。对接头进行拉伸-剪切试验、电镜扫描和能谱分析,讨论影响自冲铆接头力学性能的各种因素。结果表明:泡沫金属夹层的加入可以影响SPR接头的内锁效果,对SPR接头的成形质量起到了积极的作用。加入泡沫铁镍的接头有效提高了峰值载荷,而泡沫镍夹层的加入可增加接头的最大破坏位移和能量吸收值。
