陶瓷球尺寸对金属基陶瓷球复合材料抗弹性能影响研究Influence of ceramic ball size on ballistic performance of metal matrix ceramic ball composite

摘要(Abstract):
利用LS-DYNA模拟分析软件,对金属基陶瓷球复合装甲材料进行抗弹性能有限元分析,计算陶瓷球尺寸对复合装甲材料抗弹性能的影响,并对金属基陶瓷球复合装甲材料的抗弹机理进行分析;通过靶试实验,进一步验证有限元计算结果。研究结果表明:金属基陶瓷球复合装甲材料的抗弹性能随陶瓷球尺寸增加而减小;6 mm陶瓷球对12.7 mm穿燃弹的抗弹性能最好;其抗弹性能主要通过高硬度陶瓷球对高速弹丸的磨损进而消耗弹丸的能量,从而大幅提高复合材料的抗弹性能来实现。
